I've been where you are.

I hit rock bottom in my mid-20s after over a decade of being on hormonal birth control, overtraining as an athlete, and suffering through a challenging and draining career.  I suffered from leaky gut, IBS, chronic pain, weight gain, my hair was falling out, my period went missing, and I was entering perimenopause (in my 20s!!).  I wasn't getting answers from my doctors but I just KNEW something wasn't right.
